Jesús Villareal y Fierro (born April 26, 1884 in Victoria de Durango , † February 20, 1965 ) was a Mexican clergyman and Roman Catholic bishop of San Andrés Tuxtla .

Life

Jesús Villareal y Fierro was ordained a priest on October 28, 1908 .

Pope Pius XI appointed him on September 12, 1933 Bishop of Tehuantepec . The Archbishop of Durango , José María González y Valencia , ordained him episcopal on October 29th of the same year .

On May 23, 1959, Pope John XXIII appointed him . the first bishop of the diocese of San Andrés Tuxtla, established on the same date .
