Jesse D. Goins (* 1952 ) is an American actor .

Life

Goins began working as a full-time actor in the 1970s. The African American had his breakthrough in the 1980s with the role of Cyler Johnson in the television series The Greatest American Hero . In addition, he mainly appeared in guest roles in television series such as The A-Team , Murder is Her Hobby , Trapper John, MD , ALF , The Ben Stiller Show , Matlock , Seinfeld , Emergency Room , Hill Street Blus and Cold Case - No Victim Is Ever forget on.
