Yevgeny Jurjewitsch Plechow (born December 15, 1982 in Moscow , Soviet Union ) is a former Russian ski jumper .

Career

Yevgeny Plechow made his debut on January 20, 2002 in the context of a competition in Courchevel in the Continental Cup and finished 51st and last place. On December 27, 2003, he got his first Continental Cup points with a 21st place in Engelberg .

On February 4th and 5th, 2006, Plechow made his debut in Willingen in the Ski Jumping World Cup . In the individual competition he reached the 45th place, in the team competition he reached only tenth place with the Russian team. These were also his only starts in the World Cup.

On January 1, 2007 Plechow started for the first and only time in the FIS Cup and finished tenth here. On February 27, 2007, with a third place in Oberhof, he achieved his best result in the Continental Cup and his first and only podium finish.

At the Winter Universiade 2007 in Pragelato , Plechow reached 33rd place in the individual competition on the normal hill and tenth place in the competition on the large hill.

Plechow started his last competition in March 2008.
