Yevgeny Vadimowitsch Sedow ( Russian Евгений Вадимович Седов; born January 29, 1996 in Volgograd ) is a Russian swimming athlete specializing in short freestyle courses . He is the current European champion over 50 meters on the short course.

At the 2014 Short Track World Championships in Doha , he and his Russian relay colleagues Vladimir Morozov , Oleg Tichobajew and Sergei Fessikov won the 4 × 50 meter freestyle in a world record time of 1: 22.60 minutes ahead of the USA (1: 23.47). Over 4 × 100 meters, in which he was not used in the finals, there was silver for Russia in 3: 04.18 behind France (3: 03.78), as well, this time with him, in the 4 × 50 meter Freestyle mixed relay in 1: 29.13 behind the USA 1: 28.57 (WR).
