Jimmy Vee

Jimmy Vee (born November 5, 1959 in Scotland ) is a Scottish actor who mainly plays the roles of dwarfs and aliens due to his short stature .

Life

Since 2005, Vee played in Doctor Who in various roles, including Blue Moxx and Graske. In the role of Moxx from Balhoon, he was unable to take off his costume for over 10 hours.

Vee took on the role of R2-D2 in Star Wars: The Force Awakens in 2015 , previously played in the other films in the franchise by actor Kenny Baker , who died in 2016 . Vee barely knew anything about the franchise at the time.
