The municipality of Jinniu ( Chinese  金牛区 , Pinyin Jīnniú Qū ) is a municipality in the Chinese province of Sichuan . It belongs to the administrative area of ​​the sub-provincial city of Chengdu . Jinniu has an area of ​​108 km² and has a population of around 640,000 (2003).
