Xinjin

Xinjin ( 新津 县 , Xīnjīn Xiàn ) is a district of the sub-provincial city of Chengdu in the Chinese province of Sichuan. It has an area of 332 km² and has around 290,000 inhabitants.
The sites of the prehistoric cities of the Chengdu Plain (Chengdu Pingyuan shiqian chengzhi 成都平原 史前 城 址) and the Guanyin Temple (Guanyin si 观音 寺) have been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China since 2001 .
