Career
João Paulo began his career in the junior division of the AD São Caetano . After several changes in lower-class clubs, he came to Paraná Clube on loan in 2010 . With this, the player played his first league game as a professional. On May 8th he started the game against Ipatinga FC . In the same season, he scored his first league goal on May 19 against EC Santo André . In the summer of the year the player went to Japan for the Albirex Niigata . Here João Paulo only stayed one season. In 2011 he played again in Brazil. First in Série B at the AA Ponte Preta and from 2012 in Série A at Athletico Paranaense . With this, the player played his first game at international club level. In the Copa Libertadores 2014 , it faced Sporting Cristal on January 30th . João Paulo has played for Coritiba FC since the 2015 season . Stayed here until 2018. Then Joo Paulo switched to Londrina EC, where he had already been active ten years earlier.
