Jo Mommers

Jo Mommers ( June 12, 1927 - March 13, 1989 ) was a Dutch football player .

Mommers played for Willem II Tilburg in the 1950s . With the club he was in the season 1954 / 55 the first Dutch Champion after the introduction of professional football.

As early as 1952 , Mommers was appointed to the squad of the Dutch national football team on the occasion of his participation in the Summer Olympic Games in Helsinki . The Netherlands '5-1 defeat by Brazil in the preliminary round was Mommers' only international match.
