Joachim Conradi (* in Stargard ; † not determined) was a German canon lawyer who worked at the University of Greifswald in the 15th century .

Conradi was a Catholic clergyman. He was enrolled at the University of Greifswald in 1469 . At that time he was the chaplain of the Greifswald prepositionus Heinrich Bukow . In 1475 he received his doctorate degree .

He later acquired positions as a canon at Camminer Cathedral and at Greifswald Cathedral and as a pleban at Greifswald's Marienkirche . As a professor at the University of Greifswald, he gave lectures on canon law, namely on the sixth book of the decretals and the clementines .

In 1477, 1484, 1486 and 1490 he was rector of the University of Greifswald. In doing so, he became involved in the dispute that had broken out between the nominalistic and realistic tendencies at Greifswald University (see: Nominalism-Realism Controversy ). While the younger professors, together with Mayor Nikolaus Schmiterlow, tended towards realism, Conradi turned more towards nominalism, which in Greifswald was particularly represented by the prepositive Johannes Parleberg .
