Joachim Palm
Joachim Palm (born August 28, 1935 in Berlin ; † November 15, 2005 in Altdorf , Boeblingen district ) was a German politician ( CDU ).
In 1954, Palm joined the CDU. There he was initially chairman of the Junge Union Tempelhof and the CDU local branch in Marienfelde . Afterwards he was a member of the CDU state executive in Berlin, the district assembly of Tempelhof and from 1975 to 1999 of the Berlin House of Representatives . There he was deputy chairman of the CDU parliamentary group, chairman of the committee for economics and technology and spokesman for the parliamentary group's energy policy. Most recently he was chairman of the senior citizens' union in the Böblingen district.
