Joachim Wagner (politician)

Joachim Wagner (born January 13, 1955 in Hamburg ) is a German politician ( CDU ).

After graduating from high school, Wagner studied economics at the Helmut Schmidt University in Hamburg and graduated with a degree in business administration. After working for the German Armed Forces , he became a personnel consultant in two consulting firms, owner of a personnel consultancy in Hamburg-Bergedorf and today managing director of WSB Economy and City Marketing for the Bergedorf region

In 1983 Wagner joined the CDU in Hamburg, where he was a member of the Lokstedt / Niendorf / Schnelsen local association . After moving to Oststeinbek in 1987 , he moved to the Schleswig-Holstein regional association , where he was chairman of the Oststeinbek branch and a member of the Stormarn district board . He has been a directly elected member of the district council since 1994 and chairman of the CDU district parliamentary group since 1996. Furthermore, he has been 1st district councilor since 1998, i. H. 1. Deputy District Administrator . Wagner moved up on October 18, 2002 for Gero Storjohann who had left the Landtag in Schleswig-Holstein and sat there until the end of the 15th electoral term in 2005.
