Joel Soñora (born September 15, 1996 in Dallas , Texas ) is an Argentine - American football player . He is the son of former professional soccer player Diego Soñora .

Career

In 2012 Joel Soñora from Asociación Atlética Luján de Cuyo joined the Boca Juniors . On January 22, 2016, he moved to the second team at VfB Stuttgart .

Joel Soñora made his professional debut with VfB II on January 30, 2016 on the 23rd match day of the 2015/16 season in the 3rd professional league against FC Erzgebirge Aue .

On January 14, 2018, it was awarded to Club Atlético Talleres until the end of the year .

National team

In October 2012, Joel Soñora was nominated for the first time for the US U-17 national team . On April 14, 2013 he scored a goal in the quarterfinals of the CONCACAF U-17 Championship against Honduras. With the U-20 national team of the United States Joel Sonora participated in the 20 World Cup U-2015 part.
