Johann Adam Limprecht

Johann Adam Limprecht (also Johannes Adamus Limprecht , born December 2, 1651 in Breslau , Hereditary Principality of Breslau , † June 27, 1735 in Berlin ) was a German physician and personal physician to the Duke of Württemberg zu Oels and Bernstadt in Silesia.

Life

Johann Adam Limprecht studied medicine at the University of Leipzig . He then worked first as a city ​​doctor in Breslau and then as a physicus in Angermünde , before becoming a physicus in Fürstenwalde . He was a member of the medical college in Berlin and counselor and personal physician to the Duke of Württemberg zu Oels and Bernstadt in Silesia.

On May 6, 1682, Johann Adam Limprecht with the academic surname Fabius was accepted as a member ( matriculation no. 102 ) in the Leopoldina . On June 10, 1719 he became a full member of the Royal Prussian Academy of Sciences .
