Johann Friedrich Bauer (medical doctor)

Johann Friedrich Bauer (* 1696 in Leipzig ; † December 22, 1744 ibid) was a German physician and assessor at the medical faculty of the University of Leipzig .

Life

Johann Friedrich Bauer studied medicine at the University of Leipzig , received his doctorate in 1721 and then an assessor at the medical faculty of the University of Leipzig. Bauer also worked as a doctor and city ​​physician in Leipzig.

On June 24, 1726 Johann Friedrich Bauer with the academic surname Chrysermus was elected member ( matriculation no. 388 ) of the Leopoldina .

Johann Friedrich Bauer was buried in the Johanniskirchhof in Leipzig.
