from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Baron Johann Friedrich Eckenbert von Dalberg ( August 4, 1668 ; † February 11, 1719 , buried in the Würzburg Cathedral ) came from the family of the Barons von Dalberg and was a judge at the Reichshofrat in Vienna .

origin

Johann Friedrich Eckenbert was the son of Freiherr Friedrich Dietrich von Dalberg (* around 1637; † July 7, 1712, buried in the Dominican Church in Mainz ), who was the Electorate of Mainz and Vice- Cathedral in Mainz . The mother was his wife, Maria Klara, daughter of Philipp Erwein von Schönborn (born September 26, 1647, † August 25, 1716 in Mainz).

family

Johann Friedrich Eckenbert married twice: First on June 14, 1700 Maria Katharina Ernestina (* 1676, † 1703, buried in the Dominican Church in Mainz), daughter of Philipp Franz Eberhard von Dalberg . After the early death of his first wife, he married a second time, namely Susanna Lukretia, daughter of Johann Philipp Kottwitz von Aulenbach and Anna Maria Countess von Dernbach. All three children are probably from this second marriage:

  1. Franz Ludwig Friedrich Ferdinand Joseph (baptized April 1, 1711 in St. Emmeran in Mainz). He died early.
  2. Eva Josepha Sophia Maria Augustina Franziska (baptized on September 4, 1713 in St. Emmeran in Mainz) married Johann Philipp Freiherr von Ingelheim, called Echter von Mespelbrunn .
  3. Maria Klara Philippina was born on August 25, 1716 and / or baptized in St. Emmeran in Mainz and died early.

Act

As a child, Johann Friedrich Eckenbert was provided with a canon position in Würzburg , which he held from 1680 to 1697, as well as a second in Mainz from 1680 to 1699. He resigned from both offices in order to be able to marry. He was then electoral chamberlain and chief magistrate in Lohr am Main and judge at the Reichshofrat . He was also a Burgmann in Friedberg .
