In the years 1731 to 1734 Hayberger built the Mollner vicarage. Around 1735 he began the baroque renovation of the Admont Benedictine monastery , the work was continued by the master builder Josef Hueber from Graz . The monastery complex burned down almost completely in 1865, only the library remained. Admont was later rebuilt in a neo-Gothic style. From 1745 to 1751 Hayberger was the builder of the library hall in the Augustinian Canons' Monastery of St. Florian , partly according to plans by Jakob Prandtauer . He completed the construction of the monastery in Seitenstetten by 1747 . His plans for the Steyr town hall date from 1757, after his death these were (freely) carried out by the city architect Wolfgang Hueber. The Kriechbaum charity house in Berggasse in Steyr can also be traced back to him.
