Johann Heinrich Bartholomäus Walther
Johann Heinrich Bartholomäus Walther (* 1737 in Rostock , † 1802 in Dorpat ), was a German-Baltic builder .
After the great fire in Dorpat in 1775, the Rostock architect found a job as a master builder in the Estonian town of Dorpat, and in this function designed some buildings that were characteristic of the Dutch early classicism and were built in a central city location. Including the town hall and the von Bock house. Walther was buried on April 2nd in Dorpat.
