Johann Heinrich Schreiber
Johann Heinrich Schreiber (* 1797 in Asterode ; † 1871 ibid) was a Hessian politician and member of the Kurhessische Estates assembly .

Johann Heinrich Schreiber was the son of the landowner David Schreiber. He inherited his father's farm in Asterode and worked there as a farmer. He was married to Anna Katharina, born Blumenauer (1799–1866). After his death, the property passed into the possession of his daughter Anna Elisabeth (1824–1897), who married the farmer Heinrich Haas (1830–1865) from Steindorf in 1851 .

Johann Heinrich Schreiber was elected to the Kurhessische Estates assembly for the district Ziegenhain in 1862 . He was later re-elected for the Homberg district .
