Johann Hugo von dem Bongard zu Paffendorf (born June 18, 1743 , † February 6, 1789 in Münster ) was canon in Münster .

Life

Johann Hugo von dem Bongard zu Paffendorf was the eldest son of the Jülich treasurer of the same name and his wife Maria Josina von Hochstetten zu Niederzier. Johann Hugo's brother Sigismund Reinhard assumed the inheritance as the lord of Winandsrath / Paffendorf. His other brother Johann Friedrich was a canon in Worms . Johann Hugo came into the possession of a cathedral priest in Münster in 1765 through the renunciation of the canon Franz Wilhelm von Öttingen . He was a sub-deacon and suffered from a serious illness at an early age.
