Johann Karl Proksch
Johann Karl Proksch (born February 1, 1840 in Krnov , † March 19, 1923 in Vienna ) was an Austrian doctor and medical historian.
Live and act
Johann Karl Proksch studied medicine in Olomouc and was licensed as a surgeon in 1865. From 1867 he practiced as a doctor in Vienna . His main focus was the treatment of sexually transmitted diseases, especially syphilis .
