Johann Ludwig II (Anhalt-Zerbst)
Johann Ludwig II of Anhalt-Zerbst (born June 23, 1688 in Dornburg ; † November 5, 1746 in Zerbst ) was the eldest son of Johann Ludwig I and his wife Christina von Zeutsch (1666–1699). He was the ruling Prince of Anhalt-Zerbst .
From 1720 he was Oberlanddrost zu Jever . He stayed there for 22 years and during this time founded the town church in Jever (inaugurated in 1736). After the death of his cousin Johann August von Anhalt-Zerbst in 1742, the succession fell to Johann Ludwig II and his brother Christian August . This led to his return to Zerbst .
He was unmarried and died after four years of reign.
