Johann Viktor Kirsch (born February 15, 1891 in Marpingen , † May 28, 1946 in Landsberg am Lech ) was a German SS-Hauptscharführer and was employed as camp manager of the Dachau concentration camp subcamps.

Kirsch, married and father of five children, was a soldier in the First World War . The list of members of the NSDAP local group Marpingen lists him with the date of entry May 1, 1933 , membership number 2,709,826 and the occupational details stone crusher and armed forces member . During the Second World War he was drafted into the Wehrmacht in 1942 and the Waffen SS in the summer of 1944 .
