Johanna Stuttmann
Johanna Stuttmann (born September 10, 1979 in Braunschweig ) is a German screenwriter .
Life
She grew up in Freiburg , where she worked as an assistant director at the Wallgraben Theater after graduating from high school . She then worked as a screenwriter and production manager for the production company for the television series Bernd das Brot . In 2002 Johanna Stuttmann began studying film and media with a focus on screenwriting at the Baden-Württemberg Film Academy , which she completed in 2007 with the film Nacht vor Augen . She received several prizes for the script, which tells the story of a traumatized Bundeswehr soldier who returned from Afghanistan. In addition to her work as an author and dramaturge, she has been a guest lecturer at the Baden-Württemberg Film Academy since 2009.
