Johanna Zaeske-Fell

Johanna Zaeske-Fell , née Zaeske , (born January 31, 1894 in Barth , Franzburg district , † August 5, 1969 in Aachen ) was a German writer .

Life

Johanna Zaeske was shaped by her homeland in Western Pomerania in her youth . At the age of 20 she went to the Royal Art School in Berlin . She was trained to be a drawing teacher, gymnastics teacher and singing teacher. She then worked as a teacher in her hometown of Barth and in Greifswald . She married in 1925 and has lived in Aachen since then .

She published poems, short stories and a play. Some of her poems were set to music by Johann Lütter .
