Johannes Müller (geographer)

Johannes Müller (born February 19, 1959 in Karlsruhe ) is a German geographer , geologist and botanist .

Life

He completed his studies at the University of Würzburg as well as at the University of Hull in the UK and the University of Caen in France. He has specialized in questions of landscape ecology and cultural landscape development. For his at Detlef Busche -made Promotion "Broad natural geography of Lower Franconia. Landscape Ecology - Landscape Genesis - Landscape Spatial Comparison ”he received in 1998 a prize from the Lower Franconian Memorial Foundation for Science . For his work functions of hedgeshe was awarded the prize for young scientists from the Academy of Sciences in Berlin. On the topics of landscape ecology, geography of Asia (specializing in China), railway history and photography, he has given numerous lectures and has published numerous works.

Today Johannes Müller works as a freelance photographer, author, appraiser and consultant. He markets his photos through his own picture agency.
