John Voight (athlete)
John Voight ( John Wesley Voight Jr .; born September 22, 1926 in Baltimore , † June 9, 1993 in Washington, DC ) was an American sprinter who specialized in the 400-meter run .
In 1951 he was fourth at the Pan American Games in Mexico City over 400 m and won with the US team in the 4-by-100-meter relay and in the 4-by-400-meter relay .
He set his personal best of 47.1 s on May 6, 1950 in Fayetteville .
