Bleeding Through

Weinhofen was invited to play for Bleeding Through after Scott Danaugh left the band. He contributed to the Declaration release and can be seen on several of the band's music videos . Due to homesickness and problems with the American way of life, Weinhofen left the band in mid-2009. In addition, differences arose between him and the Trustkill Records label , which led to his definitive departure from the band.

Bring Me the Horizon

When the band's guitarist, Curtis Ward, left Bring Me the Horizon in early 2009, Weinhofen was invited to step in as guitarist for their tour in March of the same year. In July 2009 Oliver Sykes announced that Weinhofen would become a permanent member of the band. In 2010 the album There Is a Hell, Believe Me I've Seen It. There Is a Heaven, Let's Keep It a Secret . In the meantime he also acted as a producer and produced the second album Concerto for the Undead for the Italian metalcore band Stigma . In early 2013, Weinhofen announced on his Twitter page that he was leaving his position as guitarist for Bring me the Horizon. The reason for this he stated that there was a lot of tension within the band and there were a lot of disagreements with other band members, which he does not want to name.
