Jonathan Granström (born March 9, 1986 in Orsa ) is a Swedish ice hockey player who has been under contract with Brynäs IF in the Svenska Hockeyligan since April 2016 .

Career

Jonathan Granström began his career as a hockey player in the youth of Mora IK , for whose professional team he made his SuperAllsvenskan debut in the 2003/04 season . With his team, the attacker immediately achieved promotion to the Elitserien , in which he was on the ice in two games in the following season. However, he spent most of the season with the U20 junior Moras.

In his first full professional season, Granström gave in the 2005/06 season in a total of 48 games five templates in the Elitserien for Mora, in which he also had a regular place in the following two years. After Mora's relegation in the 2007/08 season , the Swedish junior international left the club and signed with Brynäs IF , for which he was then on the ice for six years and won the Swedish championship with the team in the 2011/12 season. In April 2014, the attacker moved to Luleå HF within the league and won the Champions Hockey League there in the 2014/15 season .

International

For Sweden , Granström took part in the U20 World Junior Championship in 2006 , where he finished fifth with his team.
