Jonathan Kinsler

Jonathan Kinsler (* 1939 ) is an American actor and singer .

Life

He completed his acting training in Berlin and New York . Musically he was trained at the Mannes College of Music and the Manhattan School of Music & Drama in New York. Theater engagements have taken him across Germany and abroad, to the Theater am Hechtplatz in Zurich, the Atelier-Theater Bern, the Mecklenburg State Theater Schwerin , the Hamburger Kammerspiele and the German Theater in Hamburg.

Kinsler has been in front of the camera for several decades. So he was z. B. seen in the TV series Star Summer and Ron and Tanja . In 2006 he shot for the literary film adaptation Neger, Neger, Schornsteinfeger! at the side of Veronica Ferres . In the cinema he could be seen in Leon Bodens Rosenkavalier as well as the films Chinese Boxes and Fluchtpunkt Berlin , directed by Christopher Petit .

In addition to his work as an actor, he works as a speaker and trainer in the areas of voice and language training, acting and music.
