Jonathan Prince

Jonathan Alexander Prince (born August 16, 1958 in Beverly Hills , California ) is an American actor , film producer , director and screenwriter .

Life

Prince attended Beverly Hills High School and Harvard University . In the early 1980s he had his first small roles in the films Halloween 2 and The Incredible Story of Mrs. K. In the same year he received one of the leading roles in the series Mr. Merlin , which was discontinued after 22 episodes. After roles in the film comedies Die Superanmacher and Die Superaufreisser , he played one of the leading roles in the series Throb between 1986 and 1988 . After a few other guest roles in various series, he retired from acting in 1994.

In 1988 he was a screenwriter and co-producer of the George Burns comedy Finally 18 Again . For the series Blossom he wrote six episode scripts and produced a few episodes. Between 2008 and 2009 he was involved as a writer and producer on the series The Cleaner he developed .

Prince is divorced and has a son from his marriage to actress Julie Warner .
