Jonathan Togo

Jonathan Frederick Togo (born August 25, 1977 in Rockland , Massachusetts ) is an American actor .

Life

The parents of Jonathan, who is nicknamed "Jon", are Michael and Sheila. His mother has Italian-Irish roots and his father is of Jewish-Ukrainian descent. Togo grew up in Rockland, Massachusetts. He attended the Hebrew School as a child and graduated from Rockland High School in 1995. He then moved to Vassar College , where he received a degree in theater. During his time at Vassar College he played in a band called The Conquistadors with John Conway and Sam Endicott, who are now both members of The Bravery . He was also in a relationship with the US actress Diana Gettinger. He has appeared in several plays . He won the Margaret Thatcher Kazan Award for his role in Our Country's Good .

In the US crime series CSI: Miami he played from the third season the police officer Ryan Wolfe , who had come to the team as a replacement for the murdered Tim Speedle ( Rory Cochrane ). Togo was dubbed in the German version of the series by Norman Matt , but found this inappropriate and complained (unsuccessfully) about it.

From 2013 to 2016 he was married to model Diora Baird , the couple lived in Los Angeles. Their son Otis was born on December 8, 2012.
