Joo Min-jin ( kor. 주민 진 ; born August 1, 1983 in Seoul ) is a South Korean short tracker .

Career

Joo won gold in the all- around gold at the Junior World Championships in 1998 in St. Louis and 1999 in Montreal . At the 2000 World Championships in Sheffield , she won silver with the relay and bronze over 1000 and 1500 m. In the same year she won silver with the team in The Hague . With the team she won silver again at the World Championships the following year. In 2002 she won gold with the relay at the World Cup in Montreal and also with the team in Milwaukee . She also won gold with the relay at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City . Choi won a gold medal with the relay at the 2003 Asian Winter Games in Aomori .
