The Jordan River is a river in Gippsland in the Australian state of Victoria .

It rises near the settlement The Springs at an altitude of 1170  m . The river flows to the southeast and flows after 22.3 km at 441  m from the north into the Thomson Reservoir , through which the Thomson River flows.

The small town of Jericho is located on the river about 12 km below the source .
