Jordan Rodrigues (born July 20, 1992 in Sydney , New South Wales ) is an Australian actor , who mainly through his roles as Jai Fernandez in Home and Away and as Christian Reed in Dance Academy - Tanz Your Dream! is known.

Life

He gained his first acting experience with the role as a young Simba in the Australian tour of The Lion King at the Capitol Theater in October 2003. Despite a lack of previous knowledge, he got one of the leading roles. He performed three times a week for a year and a half.

In January 2008, Rodrigues decided to take a professional actor education. After doing some advertising, he auditioned for the role of Jai Fernandez in Home and Away . He made his debut in March 2008. In 2009, he was nominated for Most Popular New Talent on TV Week Silver Logie after finishing his role on Home and Away . In mid-2009 he got the leading role of Christian Reed in the youth series Dance Academy - Dance your dream! which he played until the series ended in 2013. He then took on a larger role in the NBC summer series Camp in 2013 .

Since March 2016 he can be seen in the third season of the dramedy series Faking It as Dylan .
