Dilektepe (Kurd. Minar ) is a village and capital of the eponymous Bucak in the Baykan district of the Turkish province of Siirt . Dilektepe is located in Eastern Anatolia at 1,170 m above sea level, approx. 20 km south of Baykan.

The village had several names before it was renamed. It was called both Minar and Zeligar. The name Minar is still in use today and is registered with the land registry.

Dilektepe had a total of 392 inhabitants in 1980. In 2009 the village had 318 inhabitants.
