José María de la Torre Martín
José María de la Torre Martín (born September 9, 1952 in Pegueros ) is Bishop of Aguascalientes .
Life
José María de la Torre Martín was ordained a priest on June 1, 1980 .
Pope John Paul II appointed him titular bishop of Panatoria and auxiliary bishop in Guadalajara on June 19, 2002 . The episcopal ordination donated him the Archbishop of Guadalajara, Juan Cardinal Sandoval Íñiguez , on July 16 of the same year; Co- consecrators were Giuseppe Bertello , Apostolic Nuncio in Mexico , and Javier Navarro Rodríguez , Bishop of San Juan de los Lagos .
On January 31, 2008 he was appointed by Pope Benedict XVI. appointed Bishop of Aguascalientes and introduced into office on March 13 of the same year.
