Josef Hecht
Josef Hecht (born October 21, 1882 in Ochsenhausen , † October 25, 1956 in Konstanz ) was a German teacher and monument conservator .
From 1917 Hecht was a teacher in Konstanz and most recently a monument conservationist there. He published extensively on the art history of the city and the Lake Constance region.
He was married to the teacher Luise Scheech for the second time. The architectural historian Konrad Hecht (1918–1980) came from this marriage .
