Josef Kahl (born March 31, 1913 - † February 23, 1942 ) was a Czechoslovak ski jumper .

Career

Kahl was active in the Harrachsdorf-Neuwelt winter sports club . He was part of the Czechoslovak national team at the 1936 Winter Olympics in Garmisch-Partenkirchen . In the individual jumping on the Olympic hill, he landed on the 29th place after a jump on 64 meters. Even after the second round he stayed on this position thanks to a good 64.5 meters.

Kahl fell on the Eastern Front in World War II.
