Joseph Boishu
Joseph Louis Jean Boishu (born March 8, 1939 in La Guerche-de-Bretagne , Département Ille-et-Vilaine , France ) is auxiliary bishop emeritus in Reims .
Life
Joseph Louis Jean Boishu received him to be ordained a priest on May 1, 1966 .
Pope John Paul II appointed him titular bishop of Gauriana and auxiliary bishop in Reims on January 21, 2003 . The Archbishop of Reims , Thierry Romain Camille Jordan , ordained him episcopal on April 27 of the same year; Co - consecrators were François Saint-Macary , Archbishop of Rennes-Dol-Saint-Malo , and Michel Léon Émile Santier , Bishop of Luçon .
On August 30, 2012, Pope Benedict XVI. his resignation request submitted for health reasons.
