Joseph Michael Castanon (born August 19, 1997 in Denver , Colorado ) is an American actor.

Castanon starred in various television series, such as Jericho - The attack , Navy CIS , I Hate My 30's , Crossing Jordan - pathologist with profile and Ghost Whisperer - Voices from the Beyond . For his role as Kenny in Ghost Whisperer in the second episode of the first season, Castanon won the 2006 Young Artist Award in the category Best Performance in a TV Series - Guest Starring Young Actor . In 2007 he was also nominated for the Young Artist Award in the same category for his appearance in the television series Shark .

In 2006 Castanon had his first role in a movie. He played the role of Ben Newman in the comedy Klick on the side of Adam Sandler and Kate Beckinsale .
