Joseph Fernand Gaston Robert Couget (born July 31, 1866 in Mulhouse in Alsace, † 1950 ) was a French diplomat .
Life
Joseph Fernand Gaston Robert Couget studied law and entered the service of the State Department on February 9, 1893 . Under Joseph Raymond Baylin de Monbel he was secretary at the embassy in Tangier and in London .
