Joseph Geisinger

Joseph G. "Joe" Geisinger is a sound engineer .

Life

Geisinger began his career in the late 1970s, initially as a sound assistant . Until the end of the 1980s he worked on the boom , including the trash film Sador - Ruler of Space and The Naked Cannon . He also worked as a cable helper on major film productions such as the four Academy Award-nominated drama People on the River and Clint Eastwood's Heartbreak Ridge . Since the early 1990s he has worked as a sound engineer, including on Steven Spielberg's Hook . He worked on a number of Sam Raimi films , including Spider-Man 2 . For the superhero film , he was nominated for an Oscar in the category Best Sound in 2005 together with Kevin O'Connell , Greg P. Russell and Jeffrey J. Haboush .

Geisinger has also worked on numerous television productions such as television films and television series since the early 1990s , including Tales from the Crypt , Again with Feeling and The Heavenly Joan . He has been working on the crime series Criminal Minds since 2005 and has since been involved in over 200 episodes.
