Joseph Vuthilert Haelom
Joseph Vuthilert Haelom ( Thai : ย อ แซ ฟ วุฒิ เลิศ แห่ ล้อม ; born December 17, 1951 in Lamsai , Pathum Thani Province , Thailand ) is a Thai clergyman and Roman Catholic bishop of Chiang Rai .
Life
Joseph Vuthilert Haelom received on August 3 in 1980 by the Archbishop of Bangkok , Michael Mihai Kitbunchu , the sacrament of Holy Orders .
On April 25, 2018, Pope Francis appointed him the first bishop of Chiang Rai. The retired Archbishop of Bangkok, Michael Michai Cardinal Kitbunchu, donated him episcopal ordination on July 7th of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Bangkok, Cardinal Francis Xavier Kriengsak Kovitvanit , and the Bishop of Chiang Mai , Francis Xavier Vira Arpondratana .
