Joy Page (born November 9, 1924 in Los Angeles County , California as Joy C. Page, † April 18, 2008 in Los Angeles ) was an American actress .

Life

Joy Page made her film debut in the role of Joy Ann Page in 1942 at the side of Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman in Casablanca . A year later she played alongside Marlene Dietrich in Kismet . This was followed by only a few insignificant films and appearances in a few television productions. In the early 1960s, Page finally retired into private life.

Joy Page was the daughter of actor Don Alvarado and the stepdaughter of film producer Jack L. Warner , who did not promote her film career: Casablanca remained Page's only film for Warner Bros. She was married to producer William T. Orr from 1945 to 1970. Her son is the producer Gregory Orr.
