Juan Domínguez Lamas (born January 8, 1990 in Pontedeume ) is a Spanish football player .

Career

Domínguez started his career at Narón BP . In 2004 he joined the youth of Deportivo La Coruña . In June 2007 he was against Espanyol Barcelona for the first time in the squad of the professionals of Deportivo. In January 2008 he made his debut for the second team of Deportivo in the Segunda División B when he was substituted on on the 19th match day of the 2007/08 season against the UD San ​​Sebastián de los Reyes in the 87th minute for José Arenas. In February 2009 he scored his first goal in the third division in a 2-0 win against SD Ponferradina . At the end of the 2008/09 season he rose with Deportivo B in the Tercera División .

In December 2009, Domínguez finally made his debut for the professionals in the Primera División when he was in the starting line-up against UD Almería on matchday 14 of the 2009/10 season and was replaced by Juan Carlos Valerón in the 56th minute . In his first season with the professionals, he came to 13 appearances in the top Spanish league. In 2011 he had to relegate to the Segunda División with Deportivo . In the promotion season 2013/14 Domínguez came to 39 second division appearances, in which he scored four goals. He was then awarded to the second division RCD Mallorca for the 2016/17 season . For the club from the Balearic Islands he completed 30 games that season and scored one goal. However, he had to relegate Mallorca to the end of the season from the Segunda División.

For the 2017/18 season he finally left Deportivo and joined the second division club CF Reus Deportiu . For Reus he made 32 second division appearances in his first season and scored two goals. After Reus was expelled from the Segunda División in January 2019, he left the club. After several weeks without a club, he moved to the Austrian Bundesliga club SK Sturm Graz in February 2019 , with whom he received a contract that ran until June 2020. After his contract ended, he left Styria after the 2019/20 season.

He then moved to Greece to PAS Ioannina for the 2020/21 season .
