Juan José Caballero Rodríguez
Juan José Caballero Rodríguez OMI (born March 5, 1912 in Fuenlabrada , † November 28, 1936 in Paracuellos de Jarama ) was a Spanish Oblate of the Immaculate Virgin Mary .
On August 15, 1930, he made his first vows in the Oblate community. On February 25, 1936, he was able to take his perpetual vows. On October 28, 1936, he was imprisoned in the course of the Spanish Civil War and executed on November 28 of the same year along with twelve of his confreres.
The beatification of the 22 Spanish martyrs of the Oblates, including Juan José Caballero Rodríguez, took place on December 17, 2011 in the Cathedral of Madrid.
