Julián de Ajuriaguerra
Julián de Ajuriaguerra Otxandiano (born January 7, 1911 in Bilbao , † March 24, 1993 in Villefranque ) was a Basque neuropsychiatrist and psychoanalyst .
Awards
Ajuriaguerra was Professor of Neuropsychology du développement at the Collège de France from 1975 to 1981 . For his achievements in the field of polynévrites expérimentales he received the Prix Déjerine in 1938 . In 1974 he received the Prix des Sciences of the City of Geneva . In 1978 he received an honorary doctorate from the University of the Basque Country and in 1982 from the University of Barcelona .
