Julia Matuschewski (born January 15, 1997 in Bad Homburg ) is a German-Polish soccer player .
Career
societies
Matuschewski began her career in 2004 at FC Bomber Bad Homburg in boys' teams and has been playing for 1. FFC Frankfurt since 2007 - initially with a second game right . Since spring 2014 she has been playing for Frankfurt's second team in the 2nd Bundesliga South and was her team's top goalscorer in the 2015/16 season with 14 goals. On April 20, 2016 (19th match day), she came on as a substitute for Peggy Kuznik in the 66th minute of the Bundesliga match against SC Freiburg , making her debut in Germany's top division. Almost two weeks later, she also made a brief appearance in the Champions League semi-final second leg against VfL Wolfsburg . For the 2016/17 season she signed a two-year contract for the Bundesliga team. At the beginning of June 2018, after 11 years in Frankfurt, she was adopted by the 1st FFC.
She played with 1. FC Saarbrücken in the 2018/19 season in the 2. Bundesliga. She scored 20 goals and became the top scorer .
National team
Matuschewski recommended himself for the DFB's junior team through missions for the Hessen team . She made her debut in the national jersey on June 22, 2011 for the U-15 national team in a 4-1 win against the Polish team. Her first two goals in the national jersey came on November 3, 2011 in the 8-0 win of this national team against Poland. Most recently, she played two games for the U-19 national team in 2015 as part of qualifying for the 2016 European Championship .
In 2017 Matuschewski made his debut in the Polish national team . So far, she has completed 16 international matches and scored two goals.
