Julia Vlassov (* 29. August 1990 in Leningrad , Soviet Union as Yulia Alexandrovna Wlassowa ) is an American figure skater .

Julia Vlassov is the daughter of the 1977 vice world champion in pair skating, Alexander Vlassov . She was born in Leningrad in the Soviet Union. However, the family emigrated to the United States a few months later in 1990.
